Changxin Mining Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co.,LTD is a company specializing in the production of various high manganese steel castings by integrating scientific research, production and sales. The company mainly deals with high manganese steel jaw plate, cone liner, shovel teeth, plate hammer and other mining machinery parts, the main production method for sand casting, precision casting and V casting, the products are widely used in stone crushing, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and other industries on the crushing machinery and equipment. After more than 20 years of efforts, the company has developed into a comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in the operation of mining machinery parts, as well as the production and sales of a variety of series of crusher (jaw crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, composite crusher, cone crusher).
The company has fixed assets of more than 80 million yuan, more than 160 employees, including 8 senior titles, 18 senior titles, more than 140 junior and intermediate titles, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of products weighing 1 kg to 6 tons. The company mainly has three production plants, with a total area of 24,000 square meters, and fully equipped, including: 1 set of 5-ton intermediate frequency furnace, 1 set of 4-ton intermediate frequency furnace, 2 sets of 3-ton intermediate frequency furnace, 3 sets of 1.25-ton intermediate frequency furnace, two sets of vanishing mold production line, one set of V production line, 4 sets of 20-ton heat treatment furnace, 4 sets of 15-ton heat treatment furnace, 3 sets of 10-ton heat treatment, 2 sets of large-sized vertical lathes, 4 sets of medium-sized vertical lathes, 4 sets of medium-sized vertical lathes, 4 sets of medium-sized vertical lathes. 4 sets of medium-sized vertical lathes, 3 sets of CNC lathes, 13 sets of lifting equipments, 3 sets of hydraulic press molding equipments, 1 set of imported and domestic laboratory equipments and 1 set of hardness testing equipments.
